Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery times (UK)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Tracked Shipping: 9–15 business days

• Extended delivery window (rare cases): up to 19 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or address issues.

Shipping cost

Free Tracked Shipping on all UK orders. 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first scan.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

Missing or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual period or your package appears delayed, contact us at contact@auraminimalstore.com and we’ll help you immediately.

Customs, duties & taxes

UK orders are typically delivered without any additional steps from the customer.
If your parcel is exceptionally held or assessed by customs/carrier, please contact us at contact@auraminimalstore.com before paying anything — we’ll guide you on the best option.
