2) RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns & Refunds — Aura Minimal

 

1) 14-day right to cancel (UK customers)

If you’re ordering from the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at contact@auraminimalstore.com 

After you notify us, you have 14 additional days to return the item.

2) Extended returns window (our store policy)

Beyond the legal cancellation window, we offer an extended returns policy of up to 30 days from delivery for eligible items (see “Eligibility” below).

3) Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn, unused, in original condition

  • with original tags/packaging 

Non-returnable items:

  • gift cards

  • items marked as final sale

  • hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4) Exchanges (size issues)

If your item doesn’t fit, contact us and we’ll help you choose the correct size.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we can offer a refund once the return is received and inspected.

5) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid method.

  • If the return is due to change of mind / size / preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

6) How to start a return

Email contact@auraminimalstore.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)

We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8) Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right.

9) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • check your bank/card statement again

  • then contact your bank/card provider
